Subject:-About the news published in Sakal on Hon. Supreme Court remark on RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.

Sir,
In your newspaper dated March 01, 2012 you have published news regarding Supreme Court’s so called harsh comments on RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. After thorough investigation it has been found that Hon. Supreme Court neither slammed RSS chief nor made any reference about RSS chief. But the news item published in paper has created lot of confusion among readers and also created unnecessary controversy among RSS members.
With this notice, we are demanding the evidences supporting your news item which prove Hon. Supreme Court has made comments on RSS chief.
In case you fail to tender the evidences within 15 days of the issuance of this notice, we will approach Hon. Court to request exemplary legal action against you and your paper. And you only will be responsible for the same.
