| Mumbai ATS officers planted RDX & other explosives at Lt. Col. Purohit's quarter |
I have sent the letters to Defense Minister Shri Manohar Parrikar, Defense secretory and Chief of Army Staff Gen Dalbeer Singh Suhag to take stern legal action against guilty officers of Mumbai ATS, which planted RDX and other explosives at Lt. Col. Prasad Purohit's Deolali Army Camp quarters to create strong evidence against him in Malegao blast case.
This revelation was made by NIA on April 13th in supplementary charge sheet filed by it at special MCOCA court in Mumbai. NIA has also claimed that agency has full proof evidence to prove that Mumbai ATS officers planted explosive material in Purohit's room.
Hope Defense Minister will take appropriate action in the matter.

On 13th April 2016 National Investigation Agnecy- NIA submitted supplementary charge sheet at special MCOCA court in Mumbai in 2008 Malegao blast case. In the same charge sheet NIA clearly mentioned that explosive material like RDX was mischievously planted by Mumbai ATS at Lt. Col. Purohit's Deolali Cant. room to show seizure of explosives and to fabricate strong evidence against him in the blast case. NIA also said that it has full proof evidence against ATS in this matter. With this letter I urge you to take strong legal action in the matter against guilty ATS officers, who committed this heinous act of grilling dedicated Army officer and maligned the image of Indian Army and also spoiled personal and professional career of decorated, dedicated Military Intelligence officer.
