Thane ACP Amit Kale Made Scapegoat For Searching Criminal

Thane Police ACP Amit Kale has been sent on compulsory leave for searching Muslim dominated locality of Mumbra for criminal of Baloch Iranian background.
  On March 13,2014 Thane Police team comprising 200 policemen raided Rashid Compound of Mumbra-Thane to search for foreign national criminal. Numerous Muslim groups raised the issue with NHRC and on government level.Maharashtra's Congress-NCP government worried about political fallout of the raid and decided to punish ACP Amit Kale for his action.Instead of appreciating pro-active action of the Police officer, Maharashtra government ordered inquiry of the officer and appointed Pratapsing Patankar to inquire sincere officer.
  Later ACP Amit Kale, who had ordered the police raid and search operation has been sent on compulsory leave to pacify Muslim radicals.
   Now there is strong reaction in Maharashtra's Police force due to unnecessary harsh action on sincere Police Officer.
   Opposition parties may back the ACP.
