Shri.N R Shigvan,Dapoli based social worker has sent the legal notice to Loksatta Editor,Mr Kumar Ketkar for his editorial in October 25th 2010 issue.In this article Mr Ketkar has termed the whole Hindu society as Terrorist.And also Mr Ketkar had claimed that Indian Police and Indian Judiciary has been successfully infiltrated by Sangh Parivar members.
In a notice issued by Shri N R Shigvan to Ketkar;he has demanded immediate apology from Ketkar for linking heinous terror acts to particular faith which has millions of followers and thereby insulting the whole Hindu society by terming it as a Terrorist Society.
Also Shri Shigvan has demanded list of Sangh Parivar members who has infiltrated in to Judicial System(Which may threaten neutrality of Indian Judicial system).If Mr Kumar Ketkar provides him the list of active Sangh Parivar members to N R Shigvan,Mr Shigvan is planning to approach Hon. Mumbai High Court to weed out Sangh Parivar Members active in Judicial Apparatus so as to maintain Neutral and Secular structure of Indian Judiciary.
But in case Mr Kumar Ketkar fails to comply with two major demands of Mr N R Shigvan;then he is planning to approach Hon.Court to take stern and exemplary action against Mr Kumar Ketkar and CEO of the Express Group for simultaneously maligning image of Indian Judiciary and Hindu Society.Mr Shigvan has given 15 days deadline to Kumar ketkar for apology or to tender evidences supporting allegations made in his editorial.

Kumar Ketkar has predominantly been a Congress Sympathiser. He is quite arrogant and pseudo-secularist in nature.
