Third Legal Notice To Kumar Ketkar, editor Loksatta

From-Aditya A.Pendse,Dapoli

Loksatta editor Mr. Kumar Ketkar is facing most tough time of his life as journalist. For the first time his vicious campaign against RSS and it's related organisations has been challenged by group of social activists from Dapoli(Ratnagiri).Yesterday on 14th November 2010 Dapoli resident and worker of NGO working for Nomadic Tribes,Mr H D Aayare has sent legal notice to Lokatta editor for his October 25th editorial,in which Ketakar has wrote that top RSS leaders were involved in the murder of Jana Sangh leader late Deendayal Upadhyay.
Mr Aayare said in Ratnagiri that while claiming RSS complicity in Upadhya'y murder Ketkar must have convincing evidences. And as a ethical journalist he must give it to us,so that he could decide whether to work with RSS or not,in future.Aayre said in notice that RSS has made great contribution for nomadic tribes,so if RSS name crops up in murder conspiracy then we have to look into evidences or we will approach court to take immediate action against Mr.Kumar Ketkar for making fictitious claims maligning image of RSS.
If evidences provided by ketkar are convincing then we will submit it to court to re-open Upadhyay murder case.ketkar must reply to this notice within 20 days otherwise one more court case would be filed against him. This is third legal notice in a row to Ketkar and he is competing with artist M F Hussain for facing multiple court case in single issue.
Mr.Kumar Ketkar must understand now that making irresponsible allegations and painting Hindu Resurgence movement in black colour would not be tolerated anymore. And he must have to pay the price for it.There are chances that owner of Express group may be gifted with legal notice in same case within fue days.
And now preparations are going on to file petition with Press Council of India against Lokssatta Editor.
