Notice to Catholic Bishop for Speaking Maoist Propaganda Language

To,
President,
CBCI,
Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos,

About:- Statement on Bishop Paul Toppo regarding recruitment of Tribal youth from Chhattisgarh in central forces

Sir,
We have came to know from UCANEWS portal news that Bishop Paul Toppo, Bishop of Raigarh from Chhattisgarh has opposed the government decision to raise exclusively Tribal battalions comprising local tribal of Bastar region of Chhattisgarh. Though Bastar region in particular and Chhattisgarh state in particular is reeling under intense bloodshed from leftist insurgents called Maoists, we never heard that Bishop Toppo or any other officer bearer of his institution ever uttered a single word condemning it. So, his statements are highly objectionable and condemnable by all means.
So, with this letter, we demand immediate action against Bishop Paul Toppo for blatantly denying the Tribal Youth, the Right to Earn Livelihood offered by Indian Constitution.
we want to drag your attention to following points,
1) His statement against recruitment of Tribal youth in CRPF is against spirit of Article 21 of The Constitution Of India, which offers liberty to all Indian citizens personal liberty.
2) By denying the tribal youth, the right to earn and live respectfully in the society by serving in Central Armed Forces he has committed a crime and also, his statement has insulted Scheduled Tribe people of the state. So Bishop Paul Toppo's statement is actually a crime under stringent SC And The ST(Prevention Of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
3) The same report says that Bishop Toppo has earlier welcomed the decision to raise exclusively Tribal CRPF battalions, but now opposing it for unknown reasons, so there is high possibility that he has struck deal with underground Maoist insurgents and he is opposing the CRPF recruitment to fulfill conditions in that deal, so CBCI must investigate reasons behind Bishop Toppo's volte-face, otherwise we have to approach Police to unearth and expose unholy nexus between Bishop Toppo and Maoists insurgents.
With this letter, we want to amply make clear that, if CBCI fails to take punitive action against Bishop Paul Toppo and other responsible CBCI office bearers for his anti-Tribal actions and actions which are directly or indirectly aiding and supporting Maoists cause; We will explore legal means to punish him under appropriate IPC sections in Court of Law.
If CBCI fails to respond us within 15 days from today, we would take our own course.

LRO Raised Strong Objection to WBO Representation at UNHRC, Appeals Modi Govt to Investigate Matter

To,
Shri Narendra Modi,
Prime Minister of India,
Sangharsh Apte, a research scholar from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, has drawn the attention of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) to the recent cuts in the expenditure on higher education in the country. He made a representation at UNHRC in Geneva on Friday June 16, 2017 in this regard. The representation urged UNHRC to take appropriate measures and make the Indian government accountable for the protection of Dalit and tribal students’ rights. Tata Institute of Social Sciences administration’s recent withdrawal of its financial aid to the students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC), with a family income below the union government norms, also found mention in the representation to UNHRC.
The representation was part of World Barua Organization's 4 member delegation.
After the submission of representation, UNHRC mischievously made some remarks against Indian society. The remarks which are on their website reads,"“The World Barua Organisation reminded that, traditionally, the Dalit and lower-caste people had been barred from the education system in India. Despite later legal changes, which had allowed them to attend university, the recent reduction of education grants for those groups had led to a large number of students having to withdraw their university admissions.”
So, with this letter I demand,
1) Immediate investigation of the four members of the representation for theior funding sources,
2) Full scale inquiry of financial sources of World Barua Organization- WBO,
3) Intelligence inquiry of the WBO and all four members who visited UNHRC to find out the reason which compelled them to approach UNHRC instead of approaching Government of India to seek justice for SC and NT students,
4) Govt of India should seek clarification from UNHRC for their remarks made against Indian society which are full biased, mischievous and objectionable.
If Government of India neglects this issue, then it will set dangerous precedent for malicious fringe elements to raise India's internal social issues on world forums, only intended to tarnish India's image in the world.
Expecting immediate action in this regard.
