Pakistan used Dirty Chemical Weapons in Balochistan against Innocent Baloch Citizens- Naela Quadri Baloch

Senior Baloch activist Naela Quadri Baloch -President of World Baloch Women's Forum, made stunning allegations against Pakistan. She said that Pakistani army is using chemical weapons against Baloch people. The bodies of innocent Baloch people recovered yesterday in Makran- Balochistan were charred beyond recognition due to use of chemical weapons. She said that the use of chemical weapons is not new against Baloch people but after Modi's speech, world media is taking it seriously and Pakistani sins are coming to fore.
She also made shocking allegation against Pakistan that PAkistani army is plucking out human organs like eyes, lever, kidneys and herats from abducted Baloch kids and youth and Pakistan army is indulged in illicit organ trade.
The Pakistn army has stepped up attacks against Baloch people after their overwhelming response to Modi's August 15 speech in New Delhi professing Baloch cause.
Naela Baloch said further, that now world community must force Pakistan to stop inhuman atrocities against innocent Baloch in Balochistan.
In 2004 UN Security Council Resolution 1540 made it compulsory to all nations to stop spread chemical weapons by non state actors and terror groups.
Also
The world is uniting against use of chemical weapons in war and at the same time the country like Pakistan is using it not in war but against its own civilians.

--It is only the Antinational Media and other Anti India forces* who with their nefarious designs have *created an impression that "WHOLE" of J&K is against India.

--Whereas the truth is that  just 15% of Kashmiri Population comprising Sunni Muslims inhabiting 5 Districts of Kashmir province are fanning the separatist activities.

Harvesting Dalit Unrest with Analytical Bias & Selective Blindness

(Review of Analytical Bias, Hate & Selective Blindness of Indian media and intelligentsia while dealing with incidences of Dalit Atrocities)

The objective of this article is not to justify atrocities, discrimination and injustice meted out to Dalit society in India.

India is the country with huge range of castes and creeds, some of which have traditionally enjoyed somewhat superior status over others. Castes which are at traditionally on top spot in social hierarchy are generally called Upper Castes and others on lowest spot are lower castes or Dalits. The lower castes are living in pathetic condition mainly due to lack of education, resources and social status.
Obviously, Dalits have sense of resentment and anger for being denied fair share within social ecosystem. No one can deny the fact, that Dalits have suffered and survived unbelievably high quantum of atrocities and injustice from so called Upper Castes. Though scores of religious figures, saints and social reformers have always condemned and deplored bias, atrocities and caste based discriminations in harshest possible vocabulary available at the time.
What is the real problem?
With spate of anti-Dalit violent incidences like Una in Gujarat,  Rohit Vemula suicide case in Hyderabad and more such Dalit persecution news hitting headlines in Indian media, it was need of the hour to analyze how such incidences are viewed, analyzed and commented by Indian media and so-called intellectuals, according to contemporary ruling political party in the state where such violence occurs.
It has been observed over last three decades, ever since Hindutva ideology moved steadily towards political center stage in India especially after Ayodhya movement, every Dalit related issue has been exploited by opposition to corner RSS and BJP, whenever BJP was in formidable position or in power at respective states.
Here, we will go through major anti Dalit atrocities since 1987 and biased interpretation of such incidences by Indian media with singular objective of targeting Hindutva ideology.
Here are most prominent anti Dalit violent incidences in India.
1)   Neerukonda massacre (1987- Andhra Pradesh)
Chief Minister- N. T. Rama Rao- Telugu Desam Party

In July 1987 Neerukonda village of Guntur district experienced large scale violence between upper caste and Dalits. Upper caste landlords from Kamma caste attacked Dalit caste Mala, which were land labors in tobacco and paddy farms of same village.
Neerukonda village was dominated by Kamma caste in terms of population and land holdings. Kammas had about 200 families and the Kammas had about 150 families. The trouble started with dispute over payment of low daily wages to Dalit farm labors. Upper caste members had demographic edge over Dalits. One elderly Dalit man killed but almost all houses belonging to Dalit community torched leaving behind hundreds of people homeless.
Reactions: - No inquiry demanded, no long march arranged, no one blamed for Neerukonda incidence.
No political party raised the issue, no legal intervention made, no one demanded fair probe. Upper caste was traditional vote bank of TDP hence no steps taken to convict the culprits.
Blame on Ruling Party:- Even though ruling TDP had direct link with culprits, no one blamed it for Dalit atrocities. No one was put on trial fearing political setback.

2)   Tsundur massacre (Chundur) (1991- Andhra Pradesh)
Chief Minister- N Janardhana Reddy- Congress

Tsundur massacre occurred in 1991 in village Chundur in Guntur district. 13 Dalits were brutally killed by the upper-caste people in a broad day light. A young Dalit graduate youth was earlier beaten up by upper caste people when his feet touched an upper caste woman in the local cinema hall. The Dalits stood by Dalit youth. It resulted into social boycott of Dalits by upper caste landlords, causing loss of livelihood of Dalits. The simmering tensions culminated into organized attack on Dalits killing 13 Dalits.
Reactions:- Dalits collectively fought legal battle under SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989. Total 212 people were put on trial but all of them acquitted by Supreme Court for the lack of substantial evidences.
No intellectual forum or movement came forward to demand justice to Dalits. No legal interventions were filed for fair trial. No long march arranged to demand justice to Dalits. Government took no initiative to punish the guilty, as culprits were belonging to Reddy community, traditionally associated with Congress.
Blame on Ruling Party:- Though Congress was ruling the state at the time of massacre and prosecution kept deliberate loopholes in the investigations leading to acquittal of all accused, no one blamed Congress for this gruesome massacre.

3)   Bathani Tola massacre (1996- Bihar)
Chief Minister:- Laloo Yadav- RJD

On July 11, 1996 Ranvir Sena, an upper caste militia belonging to Bhumihar community attacked village Bathani Tola inhabited by Dalit community, traditionally linked to CPI (M-L). Total 21 Dalits were ruthlessly massacred including 11 women, six children and 3 infants. FIR filed against 33 persons next day. After four long years, charges were framed against 64 accused. Three are awarded death sentence and 20 others with life imprisonment.
Apathy to prosecute Ranvir Sena leadership was evedent with just one example. Ranvir Sena founder Brahmeshwar Singh was in jail for 9 long years waiting trial, but he released on bail and then acquitted of all charges for lack of evidence. The man behind carnage of so many Dalits cannot be prosecuted.
Blame on Ruling Party:- Even though ruling Laloo Yadav was conniving with Ranvir Sena in its brutal massacres, he drew no criticism from media and so called intellectuals for harboring terrorism. Why? Just for the reason that he was official flag bearer of social justice? He was busy blowing own trumpet of being social justice messiah when Ranvir Sena and Communists goons were busy in bloodbath all over Bihar.

4)   Laxmanpur Bathe (1997- Bihar),
Chief Minister:- Rabri Devi- RJD

December 1997 58 Dalits were mercilessly killed in Bihar’s Laxmanpur Bathe village of Arwal district. It shook the whole nation as it was biggest mass killing in independent India. After long wait of 13 years court awarded death sentence to 16 and life imprisonment to 10 people, but in October 2013 all 26 convicts were acquitted by Patna High Court for lack of evidence.
Acquittal of all accused drew sharp and violent reactions from Bihar. State government of Nitish Kumar vowed to challenge the verdict, but it was too late to reopen the cases.
Blame on Ruling Party:- Again no one blamed ruling party RJD and Rabri- Laloo duo for massacre, as he was proclaimed harbinger of social justice! Though Laloo was fetching lucrative political dividends due to caste divide in Bihar, media and intellectuals grossly ignored his alliance with anti-Dalit elements.
There were more such anti-Dalit massacres in Bihar like Haibaspur(Patna): 10 Dalits killed, Ekwari(Bhojpur): 10 SCs killed, Khadasin(Jehanabad): 8 SCs killed, Nagri(Bhojpur): 10 SCs killed, Shankarbigha(Jehanabad): 23 SCs killed, Narayanpur(Jehanabad): 11 SCs killed, Sendani(Gaya): 12 SCs killed, Mianpur(Aurangabad): 35 OBCs-STS killed and in retaliation to that same number of incidences of massacres of upper caste people executed by CPI-ML reported in Bihar.
Still no one blamed Lalu Yadav or then ruling Congress party. Because intellectuals with disease of selective blindness and biased analysis, always jump to inferences and conclusions as soon as incidence occurs. They decide first whom to blame for it and then create fabricated theory to support their notion!

5)   Khairlanji massacre (2006- Maharashtra)
Chief Minister:- Vilasrao Deshmukh- Congress

On September 29, 2006 four members of Dalit family from Khairlanji village of Bhandara district of Maharashtra were brutally murdered after parading naked. The land dispute triggered this gruesome incidence. Media assumed pin drop silence. Caretakers of social justice in Maharashtra didn’t raise the issue. The culprits had strong linkage with ruling political dispensation, so no action was taken by Police and state government. The whole state machinery swung into action only after Dalits took to the streets to demand stern action against culprits.
In September 2008, the court awarded death sentence to six people and others with life imprisonment. Later High Court commuted death penalty to life imprisonment. It has created sense of betrayal among Dalits, which has triggered outrage and state witnessed large scale protests demanding severe punishment to culprits.
Blame on Ruling Party:- There was Congress rule in Delhi and Congress- NCP rule in Maharashtra, so it was not politically beneficial to raise the issue and build the movement against Khairlanji massacre. Hence intellectuals and trustees of social justice turned blind eye on Khairlanji. No one blamed Congress ideology for Khairlanji massacre, no one linked it to Congress leadership. In Maharashtra’s notorious caste based politics Congress- NCP has always exploited Phule- Shahu- Ambedkar’s name simultaneously doing Maratha politics. The rhetoric of social justice is unique effective tool to target non-existent communal politics (Read Pro-Hindutva Politics).

6)   Nadia Dalit Muslim riots (2015- West Bengal)
Chief Minister:- Mamta Banerjee TMC

On May 04, 2015 Muslims attacked Dharmaraj Mela procession mainly participated by Dalit Hindus of village Naoda and Juranpur in West Bengal’s Nadia district. The organized attack was carried out by Muslims when procession approached local mosque in Juranpur. Later Muslims attacked and torched both villages. Total 5 Dalits died and 8 more injured. The rioting Muslims had strong political patronage of ruling TMC.
Blame on Ruling Party:- Nadia riot is exemplary case of biased media and selective blindness of Indian Intellectuals. Though Dalits were attacked, killed and looted, there was total media blackout of the news, no intellectual or group of intellectual raised voice against attack on Dalits. No established saviour of Dalit cause took follow of for justice to victims.
No one blamed Mamta Banerjee led ruling TMC for atrocity on Dalit as Dhimmitude (sense of being ruled by Islamic ruler) is fundamental characteristic of Indian intellectuals.
On the contrary, many seculars blamed Dalit Hindus for attacking Muslims.

Let’s Look at This:- All the 6 Dalit massacres mentioned aforesaid occurred before Modi led BJP- NDA government assumed power in Delhi in May, 2014. Since May 2014, no large scale anti-Dalit massacre reported in India so far. But, Dhimmitude (sense of being ruled by Islamic ruler) selective blindness and ideological bias are peculiar characteristic of Indian media and intellectuals. While analyzing social conflicts, they have their own definitions, notions, theories and methodologies. For the Indian media and intellectuals, if Muslims commit violence against Dalits, it is communal violence. If ruling party in the state, where anti- Dalit violent incidence reported is non- BJP, non- NDA, then the incidence is “minor social conflict”. When anti- Dalit or Dalit related anything happens within BJP ruled state, it is atrocity on Dalit; it is Hindutva design to exterminate entire Dalit population.
The Twisting Technology

Rohit Vemula Case: - The master manipulators deeply entrenched in Indian media and intelligentsia, periodically changes the narrative of every incidence, based on the goal to be achieved, the party and ideology to be targeted and social divide to be created. We can go through chronology of Rohit Vemula suicide incidence, to find out methodology of master manipulators.
Rohit Vemula’s suicide was most unfortunate incidence. He left behind suicide note; there was no mention of elements, factors or persons responsible for his suicide. On the contrary he particularly mentioned, no one was responsible for his suicide. Ignoring the facts, within few hours of his suicide, the whole media and opposition painted his death as incidence of Dalit persecution by BJP led NDA. The irony was that ruling TRS was not NDA alliance. The whole hell broke loose on Modi government. Entire opposition ranging from Rahul, Karat, Yechury, Kejriwal, Mulayam, Nitish and Laloo packed their baggage for sadistic tourism to Hyderabad to protest against Dalit Persecution. They demanded Bandaru Dattatreya and Smriti Irani’s head for Rohit Vemula.
They arranged protest marches all over India to demand justice to persecuted Dalits from Hindutva ideology. Delegations stormed Hyderabad to expose RSS -BJP’s so called anti-Dalit behavior.
Rohit Vemula’s suicide was absolutely personal act without any Dalit- non Dalit angle, but entire opposition discovered golden opportunity in it to push RSS-BJP to the walls on Dalit issue. The strategy paid off rich benefits throwing BJP-RSS on back foot. The ruling coalition became apologetic without any direct or indirect involvement in Rohit Vemule suicide.

Una Dalit Attack- Gujrat:- In July 2016 Dalit youth were taking dead cow for skinning. Traditionally Dalits do it. Some people affiliated to less known group dedicated to cow protection attacked Dalit youth for so called cow slaughter, which they didn’t commit and mercilessly flogged them. The video went viral, triggering huge Dalit protest all over Gujrat.
About 20 people arrested so far, out of which 2 are Muslims. Some sections in media reported that influential Congress leader was architect of attack on Dalits in Una, to create anti-BJP sentiment in Gujrat prior to next year state assembly elections.
The mammoth rally was arranged from Una to Ahmedabad by AAP leader Jignesh Mevani. As it was well known fact that AAP is trying its best to establish its foothold in Gujarat, it reaped rich harvest of unrest from Una incidence. There is ample room to believe that AAP deliberately fueled Dalit unrest with political goals in mind.
Affiliation of Una Culprits with RSS or BJP is not on record. The group behind Dalit flogging is independent one. Still RSS and BJP are at receiving end. None from main stream media or Dalit cause advocacy groups are talking about involvement of Muslims youths in Dalit flogging.
State Government Action against Una flogging culprits was sharp, fast and stringent. State Police CID arrested all accused within short period and investigation is on to nab more culprits. But, UP and Gujarat elections are round the corner, all political stake holders are leaving no stone unturned to corner BJP and RSS for so called increasing anti-Dalit violence across the country.

The Congress- Leftist Ecosystem Under Threat
Since independence, Indian political and social ecosystem was largely occupied by Congress rulers and leftist intellectuals. It was symbiotic relationship. While Congress held power in center as well as in majority of the states barring few exceptions, leftist intellectuals, research scholars, academicians, historians, writers and media men held sway over India’s intellectual field.
This ecosystem bit disturbed during BJP led NDA under Vajpeyee ji’s rule from 1996 to 2004. But being minority government, the leftist influence over intellectual field largely remained unharmed.  It received decisive blow in May 2014 when Modi stormed Delhi with huge majority, making him strongest ruler after Indira Gandhi. He has no compulsions, which Vajpeyee had. With brute majority in hand PM Modi launched blitzkrieg to uproot leftist influence over India. His actions witnessed mass exodus of leftists intellectuals holding positions on powerful institutions for decades.
As a result, consistent efforts and conspiracies are being hatched against RSS- BJP to malign their ideology and to tarnish their image as flag bearer of Indian society and culture.
The compulsions of regaining lost left legacy are forcing them to create hype on Dalit and minority related issues.

Conclusion
1)   Indian media and intelligentsia are highly biased and it has nurtured deep hate for indigenous Hindutva ideology.
2)   When Dalits suffers atrocities from Muslims, Indian media turns blind eye assuming shameless silence, fearing Muslim backlash.
3)   When Dalits came under attack during any non- BJP or Congress rule, Indian media ignores it to safeguard interests of ruling party.
4)   Under BJP rule, every negative thing whether it is Dalit atrocity, minority rights issue or women rights issue, it is attributed to BJP and Hindutva ideology.
5)   There is undeclared, informal code of conduct in Indian media which compels intellectuals and media personalities to ignore and cover-up every sin committed by Muslims and Christians while blowing everything out of proportion having connection with Hindutva ideology.
6)   Henceforth, even minor incidence related to Dalit and minority will be portrayed on national level to target Hindutva ideology.

The analytical bias and selective blindness will continue in India, as war has been declared by vested interest groups against BJP led central government, for driving them out from their ancestral positions. So, wait for next incidence...

Reactions- Pakistani Media on Modi’s Balochistan & PoK August 15 Speech and Indian Media

In a major policy shift Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi made references of Pakistani atrocities in Balochistan and PoK twice in three days. First, he stressed in all party meeting held in New Delhi to discuss present turmoil in Kashmir, that it is appropriate time to raise the issue of human rights violations, abductions and killings of innocent citizens in Balochistan and PoK on international platforms. Then in his annual Independence Day speech on August 15, he thanked people of Balochistan and PoK for thanking him.
For observers and journalists it was unprecedented to hear about Balochistan atrocities from Indian PM. India’s opposition party Congress also lashed out at PM Modi for refereeing Balochistan in official address.
Let’s analyze Pakistani media’s reaction to Balochistan reference in Modi’s speech.
Sabeen Mahmood Baloch Rights activist
*** Leading Pakistani English daily Dawn (http://www.dawn.com/ ) and The Express Tribune (http://tribune.com.pk/ ) preferred to ignore Modi’s speech
*** Daily The International News (www.thenews.com.pk ) wrote editorial with title “Empty posturing”. The editorial is dedicated to prove that references of Balochistan in Modi’s speech are aimed at running away from unrest in Kashmir and its atrocities in Indian Kashmir.
*** The Express- Urdu daily (http://www.express.com.pk/ ) wrote editorial with title “Bharat ki Ishtaal Angeji” means India’s provocation. First part of editorial is dedicated to President’s speech narrating successes of Pakistan’s Operation Zarb-e-Azab in NWFP against Pakistani Taliban. Second half of editorial is dedicated to Indian Kashmir and ongoing unrest and agitations in it. Indian Forces using all means to crush Kashmiri youth. The editorial totally ignored Indian PM’s Balochistan and PoK reference and India’s allegations pertaining to Pakistani atrocities in Balochistan and PoK.
*** Pakistan Observer (www.pakobserver.net ) published editorial with title “Activate back channels with India”. As always it dismissed unrest in Balochistan as game plan of Indian Spy agency RAW and also rejected PM Modi’s statement that Balochistan wants freedom as ploy to divert attention from Kashmir unrest.
Interestingly the paper stressed the need to open up dialogue box to solve all contentious issues.
The Baloch Activists Reactions
As expected Baloch activists reacted positively to PM Modi’s Balochistan comments on August 15. Hammal Haider Baloch leader of The Baloch National Movement welcomed Modi’s statement and expressed that India shoulf raise the issue of Human Rights violations in Balochistan to UN.
Another prominent voice of Baloch movement Naela Qadri Baloch, the World Baloch Women's Forum president said that now India will raise the issue of Balochistan human rights to UN Security Council.
Indian Media on Modi’s Balochistan comments
Surprisingly Indian media scored self-goal on Modi’s Balochistan comments. The baseline of almost all Indian newspapers today is that, with such unnecessary statements on internal matters of Pakistan, India offered Pakistan golden opportunity to peep into India’s internal issues. But my real question to Indian media is that, did Pakistan wait for Modi’s Balochistan statement to peep in India’s internal matters? Pakistan has always reacted sharply to Godhra riots, scores of Hindu- Muslims riots, so called biased behavior with Indian Muslims and most importantly on Kashmir issue.
In such scenario, India lost numerous opportunities to reply Pakistani diplomatic assaults in “Tit for Tat” manner. And at present when Pakistan has crossed all diplomatic limits in praising Burhan Wani and Kashmir unrest, India must hit Pakistan where it pains most and i.e. Balochistan and PoK.
With India officially raising Balochistan issue, Pakistani military hawks and their political puppets are confronting to bitter truth and stark reality that Pakistan has much more to hide from world in Balochistan where almost 40,000 Baloch people are mysteriously missing and supposedly killed by Pakistan’s Frontier Corps (FC) and Pakistani Army. One can find the whole verified data on Missing Balochs at http://www.bygwaah.com/

So, let’s talk about Balochistan and PoK!

Outlook Sacked Editor Krishna Prasad Fearing RSS led Legal Fight Back

In a major development that sent shock waves in Indian media, Outlook magazines Executive Director Indranil Roy made hurried announcement of appointing new editor-in-chief Rajesh Ramchandran replacing Krishna Prasad who was on position since 2008. The email announcement is here.

Outlook has published misleading story by freelance journalist Neha Dixit about so called kids trafficking by RSS affiliated groups from Assam to other parts of India. After the story Outlook had face large scale public anger in Assam and RSS affiliates mentioned in report had vowed to fight back malicious propaganda in legal way.
In Assam additional solicitor general Subhash Kayal had filed FIR against Outlook management, editor and reporter at Latashil PS in Guwahati city.
The claims made in the Outlook report were totally baseless and malicious in nature only intended to defame Hindu groups, rapidly making inroads in North-East states.
The Leftist propaganda website http://scroll.in/ published this new for the first time. Also Scroll. In has published Ramchandran's statement confirming his appointment as new editor in chief.

Earlier email was making rounds with title, "Outlook succumbs to Sangh Pressure" but it was not taken seriously.
Here is the original email
Interesting but true, Outlook magazine management has made up their mind to disown brilliant journalist Neha Dixit. Neha recently published elaborated report about RSS in Outlook's August 8 issue, about minor girl being transported by RSS related groups to Punjab, Haryana and Gujarat for education. Neha Dixit's articles in Outlook used the word "Trafficking" of Assam Girl by RSS. The word Trafficking invited wrath of RSS and its affiliated organizations. All major organizations which was mentioned in Outlook's issue held press conferences in Guwahati to clarify their position and also warned Outlook about possible legal action against magazine and Neha Dixit. Sensing the possible professional trouble, it has been learnt that a notable personality who is familiar with BJP/ RSS circle in Delhi and who is also very close to Outlook's owner Raheja Family met RSS leaders in Delhi to coll down their anger over "Operation Bay Lift issue". As per the sources RSS leaders just gave him silent hearing and committed nothing. But the said person offered RSS leaders flat, unconditional apology for misplaced reports, factual errors and highly objectionable words used in it. Also it has been learnt that the said person told RSS leaders that if court suit gets filed against Outlook, then management will tender unconditional written apology to RSS adn then RSS will only pursue case against author of the article Neha Dixit. With this development it is once again proved that media can succumb to invisible pressure from Delhi's power circles only to abandon and disown professional and intelligent young journalists.

AIPF Report on Bastar- Pro-Evangelist Bundle of Brazen Lies & Prejudiced

Communist backed forum recently published a report on Bastar, a Naxalite dominated area
of Chhattisgarh state. The title of the report has created an impression among readers that, report is regarding total anarchy in Bastar region, where law is being subjugated and law enforcement agencies doesn’t exist at all. The fundamental rights of the citizens are trampled by anti-social elements.
But report miserably failed to address many burning issues in Naxalite area such as, Naxal atrocities on villagers, public killings of innocent people under false allegation of being Police informant, presence of countless Kangaroo Courts run by Naxals to punish helpless citizens, brutalities of Naxal commanders, forced minor soldiers and rampant destruction of government infrastructure by Naxalists.
The report is typical leftist ploy to malign image of Indian security forces countering Naxal violence, Hindu organizations propagating democratic values among Naxal dominated society and preserving rich cultural traditions from onslaught of aggressive evangelists.
I will try here to analyze AIPF report point by point to expose false allegations leveled against Hindu groups and Security Forces.

Allegation- Scores of intelligence officers closely followed 8 members Communist Team round the clock in Jagdalpur. The team was intervened, stopped, frisked, interrogated frequently at number of CRPF and Police check points. Number of vehicles was passed to CRPF check points for further interrogation. Team was asked to share name of villages they visited & name of people the met. The safety of those people from Jagdalpur and Sukma who spoke with team is at stake.

Reality:- It is Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) followed by security forces deployed in counter insurgency operations. No one is exempted from interrogation, frisking and questioning. The vehicles plying on roads are
always informed to all check points so that missing vehicle could be easily tracked in case of emergency.
So, this is meaningless allegation.

Allegation- Bastar is the area where Christians are systematically being persecuted by Hindu radicals and Bajrang Dal-VHP activists. It is laboratory for Hindu Nation. Chhattisgarh Gram Panchayat Act’s section 129 (C) is being wrongly invoked to persecute local Christians and to prevent them from building places of worship. In at least 7 villages construction of Churches are halted by misusing provisions of aforesaid law.
Reality:- The aforesaid law prevents anything that is detrimental to cultural & religious traditions of Scheduled Castes. The construction of churches was halted by villagers as designs of the churches were totally different from traditional houses built in the area. So it was appropriately invoked in these cases.
According to Superintend of Police office in Jagdalpur, the villagers filed complaint under Chhattisgarh Gram Panchayat Act’s section 129 (C) and then construction of church was halted. Police denied involvement of Bajrang Dal- VHP workers in the matter.

Allegation- Testimony of Pastor Pilaram Kawde from Bhadisgao village in Tokapal panchayat of Bastar district told villagers threatened to demolish prayer hall built by him. Also on On 25 May 2016, Saradi Bai, an old Christian lady died, but villagers provoked by Bajrang Dal stopped us from burying her. Then villagers allowed burial when Police intervened.

Reality:- According to SDM office the villagers didn’t deny the permission to bury dead lady on religious ground, the actual reason was that the family of deceased lady refused to comply with the rules laid by villagers related to use of crematorium. The SDM office further said that not only Hindu villagers, but Christian villagers also opposed burial of said woman and her husband.

Allegation- Layers Son Singh Jhali told that in Ara village, Bariyo Chowki, Jeypore thana, District Balrampur, Bajrang Dal organised mob of 25-30 people led by Shri. Chhotu Jaiswal on Sunday, 5 June 2016 and attacked Sunday prayers in Church. They vandalized church, beaten up the pastor along with wife and 3 others. A case under Section 295 A, Anti Conversion Act Section 4 and Section 502, 504 and 505 IPC also invoked against the Pastor.

Reality:- According to Superintendent of Police office of Balrampur, the incidence of violence triggered due to attempt of deceitful religious conversion being made in the said Church. When villagers gathered at Church to take stock of the situation, the violence broke out between both sides. When villagers registered a case against pastor under Anti Conversion Act Section 4, pastor was arrested and lodged in Police custody.

Allegation- Pastor John Masih (alias Chunnu) from Karmari vllage in Bastar block of Bastar district told that the construction site of the Christian prayer hall in his village was attacked by villagers and Bajrang Dal activists badly beating two women working on site. He had all NOC and permissions in his hand, but still people raised objections about it and pressurised them to halt it. The matter went to court. Then village Karmari  gram panchayat passed a resolution under Section 129 (C) of the Chhattisgarh Gram Panchayat Act, “To stop forced religious conversion by outside campaigners, preventing use of derogatory language against Hindu deities.”

Reality:- The permission and NOC which Pastor John Masih had obtained from revenue department and other concerned departments was actually meant for construction of residential building. Buildings for religious purpose needs separate permissions, which he had never sought. Knowing the truth, villagers stormed the venue where people from both groups resorted to violence. Police denied involvement of Bajrang Dal as it was village level skirmish.
Karmari village Gram Panchayat actually passed the resolution under Section 129 (C) as there was history of Christian conversions by fraud, allurement and duress. Also during aggressive evangelisation drives by outsider Christians, they always used foul and derogatory language against Hindu deities, so Gram Panchayat passed resolution to prevent it. They also informed police and administration about foul language used during campaigning and resolution passed by Panchayat.

Allegation- Pastor Munne Lal Pal, who is ex-president of United Church Union and Graveyard Management Committee of Jagdalpur claimed that boundary wall of 100 year old graveyard was demolished with JCB by Bajrang Dal and VHP workers in presence of government officials in the pretext of clearing encroachment on government land. When VHP- Bjarang dal activists were demolishing compound wall administration and police officers turned moot spectators.

Reality:- As per Jagdalpur DC office sources, administration has issued repeated notices to graveyard committee to clear off encroachment on government land, but when notices were ignored, administration decided to clear off by force. Also administration flatly denied the involvement of Bajrang Dal- VHP involvement and termed it as mischievous act of propaganda.

Allegation- Sanuram Gupta from Tumasnar village of Kanker district told that in 2006 7 Christian villagers were beaten up by Hindus and then they demanded “Chanda” from Christian villagers for construction of Hindu Temple. The Hindu villagers always boycott functions arranged by Christians.

Reality:- Kanker district Police sources said no such incidence is registered in Police diary. On the other hand villagers from said village confirmed that they don’t prefer to attend functions arranged by Christian villagers as organisers used derogatory language for Hindu rituals and foul language for Hindu deities. Villagers denied charge of social boycott on Christians.

Allegation- Baman Kowasi from village Parapur and Chhichoripara of Lohandiguda block in Bastar district said on 15 May, 2016, local Bajrang Dal workers mercilessly beat up his sister named Kumli Kowasi (18 yrs), for doing ‘jadu tona’ (witchcraft). All family members took refuge in Church in another village.

Reality:- Police confirmed the incidence but termed it as village level clash and further told that there was no involvement of any group like Bajrang Dal. Those familiar with tribal life knows well that allegations of witchcraft are not new in such areas where superstitions are part and parcel of daily life.

Allegation- Communist team members met Kumli Kowasi in the village where she took shelter. She is living under fear. Kumli told the team that she was assaulted for being Christian. The Bajrang Dal workers are instigating her family members to be violent against their own family members for getting converted to Christianity.

Reality:- Police sources and social workers active in the area told that, frictions and infighting within family due to conversion in Christianity  has become common in the state. The conflict of this sort is common phenomenon all over the state and no one from outside is needed for instigating violence in such cases. The violence within family after conversion of family members is widely reported in whole state.

Allegation- Pastor Sivo Mandavi from village Sirisguda of block Tokapal (district Bastar) told, that his ration supply was halted for being Christian. Then food inspector called them to collect ration dues on 16 June 2014. When he went to coolect it, he was attacked and beaten up. Next day, 17 May 2014, the village gram sabha adopted resolution that non-Hindus must leave the village. Fake FIR registered against 12 Christians by Bajrang Dal.

Reality- Uncertainty and frauds in ration supply are common issues in backward areas. Rampant corruption in ration supply is not new in such cases, where supply is withhold to collect bribe. But Communist chicanery unnecessarily painted this issue as Hindu- Christian conflict, just to drag Bajrang Dal in it. The case filed against 12 Christian found no proof in Police record, so the allegation proved malicious and framed.

Allegation- Pastor Abhimalik of village Mudhota-  Bhanpuri (Bastar) said On 19 October 2014, about 30 Bajrang Dal workers entered Church, beaten up Christians ordered them to convert to Hindu or else they will be killed. He went to Jagdalpur to meet Police officer. Meeting was convened on 25th October. Police didn’t turn up and Bajrang Dal workers attacked Christians.  Ambulance didn’t allow by mob to enter village.
Then village panchayat refused to allow us the use of bore well, for which Christians approached Collector, who arranged meeting of Christians and Bajrang dal, where Bajrang Dal insisted on “Ghar Wapasi” of Christians under Section 129 C of the Gram Panchayat Act.

Reality- As per Police record, no such incidence occurred in village on said day. Police said it was clash between two Christian groups in village and there was no Bajrang Dal involvement.
The allegation of “Ghar Wapasi” threat was also baseless as no such meeting occurred in Collector’s office.

Encounters & Rapes

In Nagalguda village under Gadiras thana of Vankapal in Kuakonda Tehsil of Dantewada District, state police claimed killing four women viz. Rame, Pandee, Sanni, Mase - in an fierce encounter on 21st November 2015. Villagers said that it was fake encounter. Villagers identified all four women as Maoists. They had come to village to solve a dispute. Then village was ambushed by the police force. One of the four women got killed from long distance. Two women shot dead even after they surrendered.

Reality- Even villagers told Communist team that all four women were known Maoists. Also, villagers said that one woman killed in shoot out from long range, then how can one conclude that three women surrendered and killed in staged encounter? Everyone knows that Dantewada is Maoist hotbed,  is it not fare to engage Maoist in such area?
In all insurgency, terrorism prone areas there are always two opinions about encounters. Sometimes chances of fake encounters do exist. But many a times puppets and fake NGOs, violence supporters under the garb of Human Rights activists used to take advantage of genuine encounters to push security forces to the walls, so that morale of the forces can be hurt.
Actual rapes and allegations of rapes against Security forces go hand in hand in trouble torn areas. The supporters of violence exploit false and fabricated stories of rapes by forces to earn more support from common man to their movement.
But in both rape and fake encounters neutral inquiry must be establish to go deep in the matter.

Camps and Check posts:- The AIPF team has elaborately narrated their experience about CRPF camps and check posts and Police stations in Bastar. The entire conclusion is that security forces behave in arrogant, abusive and harsh manner. The team also raised strong objection to the placard placed by forced which reads, ‘Renounce Maoism, Support Development’. They have objection for equating Maoism with violence and as enemy of development.
The fact is that security forces deployed in insurgency infested areas remains under deep threat from all over. The death looms over troops every time. In such condition, how we can expect gentle behaviour from security forces? In a single ambush on CRPF patrol at least 10 troops loses lives, is it not natural for their fellow servicemen to behave tough and harsh while on duty?
AIPF team was enraged when CRPF asked multiple questions to them. But it was obvious behaviour by CRPF troops with open and over ground supporters of Naxalites and Maoists? And the credit goes to AIPF Team itself.

About Insecurity, Fear and Mutual Suspicion:- The Team observed that atmosphere of insecurity, mutual suspicion and fear prevails in whole area. People fear for getting branded as “Maoist” on one hand and “Police Informants” on another.
It is disturbing but true, but whom to blame? The situation where society is polarised between police and Maoists is created by Maoist and warmonger Communist ideology, so blaming security forces for current situation is hypocrisy.

About protests against Bela Bhatia:- Organisation called Naxal Peedit Sangharsh Samiti protested against Bela Bhatia and burnt down her effigy. As per AIPF such groups are being utilised to quench research scholars, lawyers and social activists. But reality is that such research scholars, activists, exploit their fame, intellect and resources just to demoralise security forces fighting bloody battle against Naxalites and also works as over ground Naxalite supporters galvanizing civil society for protecting Maoists, Naxalites war against state. So, it is obvious that anti- Naxal groups become natural opponents of such over ground supporters of violence and Naxals feels comfortable under tutelage of these so-called social activists.

Objections about Salwa Judum & Samajik Ekta Manch
As Supreme Court disbanded “Salwa Judum” movement, people created new outfit called Samajik Ekta Manch to fight Naxal menace. English weekly launched the sting operation to expose new outfit, just to benefit Naxalites. The main objection and reservations of AIPF about Manch was that they are targeting people like journalist columnist Malini Subramaniam, advocate Shalini Gera of Jagdalpur Legal Aid Group, and human rights activist Bela Bhatia (Read Naxal Right activist). Actually these so called researchers, columnist, advocates and human rights activists are working with singular objective of shielding Naxalites, garnering popular support from society to Naxal violence and keeping security forces in Naxal hit area under constant pressure of legal onslaught.
These fellow activist and social workers issues press release from New Delhi within minutes of arrival of the news of Naxal encounter in Chhattisgarh. They would say within few minutes of arrival of news that it was “fake encounter”, “staged encounter” “extra judicial killings” and they would vehemently demand NHRC probe of encounter.
Is it their activism? These gangs of activists and human rights workers has caused irreparable damage to India’s democracy and maligned image of India’s security forces on international level.

AIPF Conclusions and Recommendations- Remedy Worse Than Disease
Last leg of AIPF report on Bastar is “Conclusion and Recommendation” The Team mentioned, ‘Constitutional provisions are openly fluted in region’. And Government’s policy of large scale militarization. Communist leaning political parties is pressurised. Communist activist are under fire. Arrests and detentions are very much common.
AIPF was much concerned about fate of Christians in Naxal hit areas, and specifically mentioned that Christian minorities are under continuous pressure of RSS affiliated outfits.
The recommendations section has 10 points, in which point number 9 finds single reference in the whole 52 page document, where AIPF has urged Maoist to refrain from committing violence against common man. The point number 10 is most important for all those who raise voice against persecution of Communist activist in this area. The 10th recommendation tells government to immediately stop ‘Operation Green Hunt’ against Maoists and withdrawal of all paramilitary forces from Bastar. Is it not dangerous to tell government to withdraw forces letting Maoist unleashing bloodshed?
There is not a single reference of Christian groups aggressive, abusive evangelisation drive among Hindu villagers, but AIPF repeatedly mentioned Hindu groups viz. Bajrang Dal and VHP and their violent attacks against Christians, majority of these allegations proved false, baseless and pointed at defaming Hindu groups, clearing way for conversions by Christians in vast Bastar region.

My Conclusions:-
1)    Considerable portion of 52 page AIPF report  is dedicated to targeting Hindu groups like Bajrang Dal (22 references), RSS (2 references) and  VHP  (2 references). AIPF concluded that unarmed Hindu groups are more dangerous than armed Maoists.
2)    Bastar report turned blind eye on abusive and aggressive evangelistic activities by Christian Missionaries but left no stone unturned to grill and scold Hindu groups trying to preserve indigenous culture.
3)    The report has no single mention of RSS outfits like Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram running thousands of educational, health and service projects in Bastar region. Also AIPF failed to take note of attacks and atrocities on Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram by armed Maoist.
4)    All accusations on Hindu groups found baseless, false and fabricated, as all incidences of violence mentioned in report were village level factional clashes, without any organizational connection.
5)     AIPF report miserably failed or I can say deliberately ignored supreme sacrifice made by security forces while maintaining law and order in Naxal hit areas. And report successfully painted paramilitary forces as enemy troops willing to crush local people.
6)    AIPF Team expected VIP treatment from paramilitary forces deployed in the region and lashed out at troops for checking and frisking them. It shows their deep contempt for security forces fighting Naxal terror.
7)    Report has neither made a single reference of Naxal extortion gangs, kidnapping rackets, ransom economy, forced sex, rapes and public executions nor condemned it in clear word (except just single namesake reference of Naxal violence against innocents).
8)    It has no reference of destruction of infrastructure, public property and educational infrastructure by Naxals.
9)    The report completely ignored forced recruitment of adolescent and minors in Naxal Army, by clearly violating United Nations Security Council resolution 1261, which prohibits use of child soldiers.

Inference
The AIPF report is total lie, highly objectionable, biased and unprofessional and directly or indirectly supporting Naxal ideology and violence. Also it's sole objective is to shield abusive and aggressive Christian Evangelists against indigenous faith movements of Bastar.
