Aziz Burney's article fit for Contempt of Court petition says Legal Experts Panel

Mr.Aziz Burney's article published in Rojnama Rashtriya Sahara (In both Hindi and Urdu) this week is fit for contempt of Court petition, says Legal Expert's panel. In that article Mr.Burney had commented unnecessarily on the Lawsuit filed against him in Navi Mumbai court for Anti-National and Pro-Pakistani articles August this year.
Applicant had approached his legal expert from Mumbai high Court after reading that article,in which he has wrote that even after receiving complaints from the person who has filed the suit against him, central government didn't paid much attention to it;hence indirectly suggesting the court to follow the Central Government's line and not to give much importance to the petition filed against him in Mumbai Session's Court. This is crass and brazen attempt by Mr Aziz Burney to pressurize Judiciary in his favor and to compel the Court to act in his favor.
Second thing is that he has unnecessarily commented in detail on matter which is pending in Court and the article which is meant for generating public opinion against the court procedure to prosecute him for his Anti-National and Pro-Pakistani articles. This is the gross indulgence in Court Procedure and aimed at pressurizing Judiciary for Anti-National purpose.
The Lawyer for applicant has confirmed that Contempt of Court Petition would be filed within shortest possible time so as to resist Mr Burney from writing or commenting publicly on the matter pending in Court and to avoid further attempt to sabotage the legal procedure for his personal gain.
Thus Mr Aziz Burney might face stringent action from Court for encroaching his jurisdiction as a journalist and this may create more troubles for Mr Burney who is already facing charges of sedition and Anti-National activities in Navi Mumbai Court.

Police protect girls forced to convert to Islam
Sir Ian Blair: Police and universities working together to tackle 'aggresive conversions'

Extremist Muslims who force vulnerable teenage girls to convert to Islam are being targeted by police, Met chief Sir Ian Blair has revealed.
Police are working with universities to clamp down on "aggressive conversions" during which girls are beaten up and forced to abandon university courses.
• Muslim pupils 'need their own showers'
The Hindu Forum of Britain claims hundreds of mostly Sikh and Hindu girls have been intimidated by Muslim men who take them out on dates before terrorising them until they convert.
Sir Ian spoke about the problem at a conference organised by the forum.
A Met spokesman said: "Neighbourhood officers work with university authorities in London and we would encourage anyone targeted in this way to seek help and support and where necessary use third party reporting facilities if they do not want to contact police directly."
Ramesh Kallidai, of the Hindu Forum of Britain, said: "Some girls are petrified because they are constantly being phoned up, having their door knocked.
"One girl was beaten up on the street and others have been forced to leave university."
• Met police chiefs are to review a controversial stop-and-search power used in the fight against terrorism. Assistant commissioner Andy Hayman, the overall head of Britain's anti-terrorist operations, said he had concerns about the number of stops carried out in London using Section 44 legislation.

Juval Aviv's adice

Advice from an Israeli Agent
Juval Aviv was the Israeli Agent upon whom the movie 'Munich' was based. He was Golda Meir's bodyguard, and she appointed him to track down and bring to justice the Palestinian terrorists who took the Israeli athletes hostage and killed them during the Munich Olympic Games.

In a lecture in New York City he shared information that EVERY American needs to know -- but that our government has not yet shared with us.

He predicted the London subway bombing on the Bill O'Reilly show on Fox News stating publicly that it would happen within a week. At the time, O'Reilly laughed, and mocked him saying that in a week he wanted him back on the show. Unfortunately, within a week the terrorist attack had occurred.

Juval Aviv gave intelligence (via what he had gathered in Israel and the Middle East) to the Bush Administration about 9/11, a month before it occurred. His report specifically said they would use planes as bombs and target high profile buildings and monuments. Congress has since hired him as a security consultant.

Now for his future predictions. He predicts the next terrorist attack on the U.S. will occur within the next few months.

Forget hijacking airplanes, because he says terrorists will NEVER try and hijack a plane again as they know the people onboard will never go down quietly again. Aviv believes our airport security is a joke -- that we have been reactionary rather than proactive in developing strategies that are truly effective.

For example:

1) Our airport technology is outdated. We look for metal, and the new explosives are made of plastic.

2) He talked about how some idiot tried to light his shoe on fire. Because of that, now everyone has to take off their shoes. A group of idiots tried to bring aboard liquid explosives. Now we can't bring liquids on board. He says he's waiting for some suicidal maniac to pour liquid explosive on his underwear; at which point, security will have us all traveling naked!
Every strategy we have is reactionary.

3) We only focus on security when people are heading to the gates.

Aviv says that if a terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times on the front end of the airport when/where people are checking in. It would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they run to the restroom or get a drink, and then detonate the bags BEFORE security even gets involved. In Israel, security checks bags BEFORE people can even ENTER the airport.

Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of people congregate. (i.e., Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, big cities (New York, San Francisco, Chicago, etc.) and that it will also include shopping malls, subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as, rural America this time. The interlands (Wyoming, Montana, etc.).

The attack will be characterized by simultaneous detonations around the country (terrorists like big impact), involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural areas.

Aviv says terrorists won't need to use suicide bombers in many of the larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, they can simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.

Aviv says all of the above is well known in intelligence circles, but that our U. S. Government does not want to 'alarm American citizens' with the facts. The world is quickly going to become 'a different place', and issues like 'global warming' and political correctness will become totally irrelevant.

On an encouraging note, he says that Americans don't have to be concerned about being nuked. Aviv says the terrorists who want to destroy America will not use sophisticated weapons. They like to use suicide as a front-line approach. It's cheap, it's easy, it's effective; and they have an infinite abundance of young militants more than willing to 'meet their destiny'.

He also says the next level of terrorists, over which America should be most concerned, will not be coming from abroad. But will be, instead, 'homegrown', having attended and been educated in our own schools and universities right here in the U.S. He says to look for 'students' who frequently travel back and forth to the Middle East. These young terrorists will be most dangerous because they will know our language and will fully understand the habits of Americans; but that we Americans won't know/understand a thing about them.

Aviv says that, as a people, Americans are unaware and uneducated about the terrorist threats we will inevitably face. America still has only a handful of Arabic and Farsi speaking people in our intelligence networks, and Aviv says it is critical that we change that fact SOON.

So, what can America do to protect itself? From an intelligence perspective, Aviv says the U.S. needs to stop relying on satellites and technology for intelligence. We need to, instead, follow Israel's, Ireland's and England's hands-on examples of human intelligence, both from an infiltration perspective as well as to pay attention to, and trust 'aware' citizens to help. We need to engage and educate ourselves as citizens; however, our U. S. government continues to treat us, its citizens, 'like babies'. Our government thinks we 'can't handle the truth' and are concerned that we'll panic if we understand the realities of terrorism. Aviv says this is a deadly mistake.

Aviv recently created/executed a security test for our Congress, by placing an empty briefcase in five well-traveled spots in five major cities. The results? Not one person called 911 or sought a policeman to check it out. In fact, in Chicago, someone tried to steal the briefcase!

In comparison, Aviv says that citizens of Israel are so well 'trained' that an unattended bag or package would be reported in seconds by citizen(s) who know to publicly shout, 'Unattended Bag!' The area would be quickly & calmly cleared by the citizens themselves.

Unfortunately, America hasn't been yet 'hurt enough' by terrorism for their government to fully understand the need to educate its citizens or for the government to understand that it's their citizens who are, inevitably, the best first-line of defense against terrorism.

Aviv also was concerned about the high number of children here in America who were in preschool and kindergarten after 9/11, who were 'lost' without parents being able to pick them up, and about our schools that had no plan in place to best care for the students until parents could get there. (In New York City, this was days, in some cases!)

He stresses the importance of having a plan, that's agreed upon within your family, of how to respond in the event of a terrorist emergency. He urges parents to contact their children's schools and demand that the schools too, develop plans of actions, just as they do in Israel.

Does your family know what to do if you can't contact one another by phone? Where would you gather in an emergency? He says we should all have a plan that is easy enough for even our youngest children to remember and follow.

Aviv says that the U. S. government has in force a plan, that in the event of another terrorist attack, EVERYONE's ability to use cell phones, blackberries, etc., will immediately be cut-off, as this is the preferred communication source used by terrorists and is often the way that their bombs are detonated.

How will you communicate with your loved ones in the event you cannot speak to each other? You need to have a plan.

If you understand, and believe what you have just read, then you must feel compelled to send this to every concerned parent, guardian, grandparents, uncles, aunts, whomever. Don't stop there. In addition to sharing this via e-mail, contact and discuss this information with whomever it makes sense to. Make contingency plans with those you care about. Better that you have plans in place, and never have to use them, then to have no plans in place, and find you needed them.

If you choose not to share this, or not to have a plan in place, and nothing ever occurs -- good for you! However, in the event something does happen, and even moreso, if it directly affects your loved ones, then this e-mail will haunt you forever.

Telling yourself after the fact, "I should have sent this to so and so, but deleted it as so much trash from old Bill Jones, plus, I just didn't believe it", will not change anything. You were alerted, had the chance to do something, and instead of erring on the side of caution, you chose to disregard, if nothing else, a sensible, valuable warning.

Contempt of Court petition against Aziz Burney...

Contempt of Court petition against Aziz Burney...

Mr.Aziz Burney-Group Editor of Sahara Publications is in great trouble now a days. Earlier in August this year Aziz Burney has been dragged in Mumbai session's Court for publishing anti-India articles in his papers. That case is being investigated by Police and they are expected to file their report to Court after which Court will issue Warrant against him;most probably non-bailable warrant.
But today Mr Burney seems to be in more serious trouble than earlier by commenting on Sub-Judicial matter in his paper and republishing the Anti-National and Pro-Pakistani claims which he made in previous issues.
After reading today's article thrashing court procedure against him( Click here for article) the applicant in earlier case has started discussing the team of Lawyers to file Contempt of Court Petition against Mr Burney for using his paper to pressurize judiciary and to reproduce Pro-Pakistani claims in more objectionable manner,Also Burney referred to militant Ajmal Kasab's statement(in which Kasab denied charges slapped upon him in Mumbai attack case) to bolster his theory of Mumbai Police's involvement in Mumbai Terror Attack.
The team of Mumbai High Court Lawyers are expected to take legal opinion from various sections of Legal fraternity and then to decide the date for filing Contempt of Court Petition against Mr Aziz Burney and MD Sahara Publication.

Swiss ban on Mosque Minarets and Indian Muslim Structures

murdikar:
There is great uproar across the whole world after Swiss citizens voted in referendum in favor of banning Mosque Minarets in Switzerland. There are only four Mosques in Switzerland which has tall minarets, but Swiss people takes it as the symbol of the Religious supremacy and hence do not want allow it anymore to build in future. The image and reputation of Islam is going through serious crisis after worldwide resurgence of radical Extremist Wahabi Islam and Suicide bombers under the guise of JIHAD i.e.Holy Islamic war against non-Muslims.

The string of bans and embargoes on ostentatious religious symbols has been started from France when French President Sarkozy first announced ban on Burqa or veil-garment of Muslim woman covering face in public places, and them comes Swiss vote against minarets.
In India there are almost 180 million Muslims, second largest Muslim population in the world, where Muslims was in power for about 800 long years. There is also growing resentment in India against divisive Muslim mentality. But Indian Muslims enjoys more freedom and liberties even more than they deserves.
Now the circumstances demands that there should be certain bans on public life of Indian Muslims so as to make them aware that at first they are citizens of India and then they are Muslims..

Nonie Darwish and Swiss Minaret's issue

Former Muslims United Applauds Swiss Referendum Victory Banning Minarets, “the Bayonets of Islam”

Nonie Darwish, executive director and co-founder of Former Muslims United (FMU) applauded the results of a Swiss Republic referendum banning the construction of minarets among the approximately 150 Mosques serving 400,000 Muslims in Switzerland. Minarets are Muslim towers to call the faithful to prayers through loud speakers five times daily. These towers are symbols to both Muslims and non-Muslims of the Islamization of Europe, America and other Western democracies.

Ms. Darwish of FMU said: "the Swiss referendum victory is the equivalent of banning what Turkish PM Erdogan called: ‘the bayonets of Islam.’ Supporters of a ban claim that allowing minarets would represent the growth of an ideology and a legal system - Sharia law - which are incompatible with Swiss democracy. The Swiss Referendum victory drew a red line against Islamization in Europe.”

She also noted that “this referendum victory is a credit to Swiss citizens, especially women voters who viewed construction of Minarets as leading to adoption of other graphic elements of Sharia law including wearing of burkas in public by Muslim women.” Darwish also pointed out that polls taken after the victory in the Swiss Referendum in neighboring Germany indicated that a similar effort there might win a plurality of votes.

Darwish added that "many Muslim groups are denouncing the ban as oppression to freedom of religion. However, such Muslim groups will be more credible if they first denounced the oppression of religious minorities in Muslim countries who make it illegal to practice any religion other than Islam. Muslim groups who claim that they are oppressed in Europe should be the first to stand up and yell "not in the name of my religion" when Churches are burnt in Muslim countries. But instead all we hear from Muslim groups is "I am a victim" and "I am offended" while the blood of non-Muslims is being shed in the name of Sharia.

Former Muslims United is a US-based civil rights organization with the goals of seeking the protecting the human and civil rights of Apostates from Islam in accordance with the laws of the United States and its Constitution.

Karnataka to take steps to counter 'Love Jihad' movement

By Media Monitor Staff Reporter
Thu, Oct 22
Bangalore, Oct 22 (IANS) The Karnataka government Thursday said 'Love Jihad', an alleged attempt by some Muslim men to lure non-Muslim girls with promises of marriage and get them converted to Islam, appeared to be a serious issue and it would take steps to counter it.

A meeting of senior police officials will be held either Friday or Saturday to decide ways to tackle the attempts, Home Minister V.S. Acharya told reporters after a cabinet meeting.

The government has written to Kerala authorities for information on the so-called 'Love jihad movement' which came to public notice in that state in early September when posters warning Hindu girls against falling prey to such a movement surfaced.

The Karnataka government's decision came a day after the state high court expressed concern over the alleged 'Love Jihad' attempts and directed the government to probe the matter.

Justice K. Sreedhar Rao and Justice Ravi Malimath gave the direction during hearing of a habeas corpus petition by C. Selvaraj of Chamarajnagar district, about 180 km from here, seeking production of his daughter Siljaraj.

Selvaraj said in his petition that his daughter Siljaraj was missing since August last year. He came to know that she had eloped with a Muslim youth to Kerala.

Siljaraj, who was produced in the court by Chamarajnagar police, told the judges that she had married Aksar of Kannur, Kerala, on her own and was undergoing religious training after getting converted to Islam.

Rao and Malimath directed her to stay with her parents till the police complete the investigation. The court also said that since she was a major and if it was found to be a bona-fide love marriage, she could go back to Aksar.

The state police are to submit their report by Nov 13.

To support his claim for the custody of his daughter, Selvaraj submitted copies of the Sep 29 judgment of the Kerala High Court in similar habeas corpus petitions.

The Kerala high court had given custody of two girls, who had gone missing in similar circumstances, to their parents. Rao and Malimath said the issue 'warranted a thorough investigation and it also created a serious suspicion with national ramifications'.

They asked the Karnataka police chief to coordinate with the Kerala police in investigating the issue.

The posters against 'love jihad' in Kerala in September were in the name of Sri Rama Sene (army of god Ram), which had earned notoriety in Karnataka earlier this year by bashing up girls for going to a pub in the coastal town of Mangalore and later threatening to marry off boys and girls found celebrating Valentine's Day.

Arms found from Christian rehab centre in Kandhamal

You can easily estimate the Indian media's reaction in case the arms were found in Hindu rehabilitation camp or any Hindu locality. The Pro-Christian political parties would had raised such a storm against Hindus and Hindu organisations, but here arms has been seized from Christian rehab center so no one is taking it seriously.See the full report...

BHUBANESWAR: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik will be visiting Kandhamal district on Thursday at a time when the police seems to have found linkage between the arms
recovered from the Nandagiri rehabilitation centre in Orissa's Kandhamal district and the arms looted from the Nayagarh police armoury by the Maoists last year.

The police on Monday had raided the centre following the death of an inmate during illegal manufacturing of crude bombs there. Interrogation of two injured persons by the police led to recovery of arms which were kept buried inside the camp, police sources said. The firearms include one SLR and three AK-47 rifles. The arms were looted from the Nayagarh police armoury during the ghastly Maoists' raid on it in February 2008. At least a dozen of police personnel were killed in the incident.

Guwahati: A massive military operation was launched on Monday after tribal separatists gunned down 11 people and wounded 15 in an Assam village, officials said.

The incident took place late on Sunday when heavily armed militants of the outlawed National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB) attacked Bhimajuli village in Sonitpur district, about 240 km north of Guwahati, a police spokesperson said.

A group of about eight to 10 NDFB militants using automatic weapons opened indiscriminate fire on villagers killing 11 people on the spot. Four women and several children were among those killed.

Undeclared Marshal Law-Police mercilessly assaulted Shiv Sena leaders in Kolhapur

Police mercilessly assaulted Shiv Sena leaders
December 10, 2008

Ajra (Kolhapur): It seems Maharashtra State Government has imposed undeclared Marshal Law in Western Maharashtra to squelch down Hindu resistance.First they ordered ruthless blitzkrieg against Hindus by Police and then let loose Muslim hooligans wander freely and let them rule streets of Sangli.
Last night Police broke open doors of Shiv Sena office bearers such as District Deputy Chief of Shiv Sena Shri Parshuram Bamne and assaulted them in the presence of their family members. One cop even threaten him to encounter him if he lodges complaint aginst Police action.
Shri Bamne was then admitted to a hospital at Gadhinglaj. His lawyer requested the Court to see the wounds on his body after Police assault.Court immediately scolded Police Officer and ordered thorough medical check-up of all arrested Sena activists. The curfew was relaxed yesterday following the orders from VidhanSabha President Shri Babasaheb Kupekar.
This was second incidence of Police high handedness with Hindus and tensions are brewing up due to Police atrocities on innocent citizens.
It is almost clear that District Police Chiefs of both Sangli and Kolhapur are coming under Court scanner for indecent and non-professional behavior while controlling riot. And unconfirmed sources said that criminal suit has been filed against Sangli S.P. in Sangli court.

Bomb of the Love Jihad

Bomb of the Love Jihad
Jihadis target Kerala women

Balbir K Punj

The allegation that Muslim men entice Hindu women into marriage for reasons other than love and as part of an Islamist conspiracy is usually dismissed as insidious Sangh Parivar communal propaganda. But a recent chance investigation by Kerala Police has brought out some ugly details.

The August 31 issue of Kerala's foremost

newspaper, Malayala Manorama, carried an extensive report on how a Pakistan-based terrorist organisation is planning, abetting and financing the enticement of college students from different communities in the State to become cannon fodder for its jihad in India. The report terms such young women as 'love bombs'.

The modus operandi is very clever. Muslim youth in Kerala are employed by the terrorists to entice these young women. Handsome and dashing young men are selected and fully financed to have cars, motorbikes, the most expensive clothes and lots of cash. Their job is to move in groups, select their prey and then get the women to elope with them on the promise of marriage and a great life abroad.

After days of romancing, the women begin to believe that they have found their 'Prince Charming'. Once they elope, a marriage is registered before a notary and then the woman is whisked away from place to place. The victim thinks that she has to undergo this to evade her parents who would be searching for her.

Hide-outs include places like Hyderabad that have a significant Muslim population. The victim is not allowed contact with any outsider and is subjected to propaganda videos that eulogise jihad and promise the ultimate victory of Islam. Though the racket has been going on for some years and several complaints of missing girls have been lodged with Kerala Police, the latter has ignored them, saying that the women had actually eloped out of their free will and, therefore, they could not do anything.

The racket came to light when one of the victims turned out to be the daughter of a ranking police officer and another somehow managed to send word to her parents about the reality of her situation. The parents in the second case approached the High Court with a habeas corpus petition that led the court to order the police to produce the victim before it. The plea that the woman had eloped on her own and that she was now legally married did not convince the court and it ordered that she be allowed to stay with her parents for a week before it again examined the case. After a week, the woman told the court the truth.

The police have now discovered a kidnapping racket to provide recruits to Pakistani terror outfits through 'Love Jihad'. Further investigations have revealed that all over India some 4,000 young women have been recruited in this manner to be trained against their will as terrorists and suicide bombers. In Kerala alone the police suspect that over 500 women have fallen victim to the 'Love Jihad' racket.

According to the Thiruvananthapuram victim who gave a statement before Justice R Basant of the Kerala High Court, Islamist gangs have been freely operating without the police or intelligence agencies getting even a whiff a their activities. The operation is extremely well organised with several households and 'safe houses' ready to accommodate the unsuspecting women and their so-called husbands.

If jihadi outfits in Pakistan have been able to abduct and train as many as 4,000 Indian women for terror operations over the last several years, it speaks very poorly of our intelligence apparatus. The prevailing political environment that treats the perpetrators of jihadi violence with kid gloves is equally to blame, if not more.

A report from Hyderabad in the Indian Express on August 28 said that Mujeeb Ahmed, who was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1994 for waging war against the state and shooting an Assistant Superintendent of Police, was released under a special remission scheme in 2004. He then went underground and, as subsequently established by the IB and CID, he became an active member of the Hizbul Mujahideen and the ISI, and was a member of the first terror cell in Andhra Pradesh.

It was Rajasthan Police's discovery of rifles, detonators and explosive material in a truck in Ajmer that led to the arrest of Mujeeb once again. He was charged with procuring arms from Pakistan to launch terror attacks in Hyderabad. This jihadi has now been convicted for sedition and terrorism.

Despite the fact that Mujeeb went back to being a full-fledged terrorist after his release on compassionate grounds, the Andhra Pradesh Government is now planning to release some 984 life convicts, many of whom have been charged with similar crimes as Mujeeb's. TheIndian Express report quotes police officers who have revealed that the State Government neither consulted the IB nor the State police before the list of convicts to be released was prepared. Like Mujeeb, a person who was arrested a decade ago for trying to carry out terror attacks in this country will now easily go back to being an active jihadi once he is freed.

That the jihadi cancer is widespread and eating into the vitals of our country is now becoming evident day by day. The Union Government makes all the right noises in acknowledging this cancer. But when it comes to taking action, the Government backs out. We should all watch out for the Centre's reaction to the revelation of the abduction of thousands of girls for terror-training. And, finally, where are all the women's rights activists who had painted the country red following the sponsored attack on an obscure pub in Mangalore by the self-styled Sri Ram Sene?

Blatant case of Pseudo-Secularism-Jharkhand calls on the Church to help with drought emergency

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh charges the government of being “run on communal lines”, something which “will prove dangerous for the people.” For the local BJP president, the new policy is “an attempt to Christianise the State.” For him “Congress wants to win the [next] election with the support of the Church.”

Ranchi - Jharkhand has called on the Catholic Church to help distribute food aid to people affected by drought. This has however caused the ire of the Hindu organisation Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).

Jharkhand Governor’s advisor TP Sinha on Sunday made a formal request to Card Telesphore P Toppo, archbishop of Ranchi, for the Church’s official participation in the public distribution system (PDS) in all 24 of the State’s districts.

In July and August the average amount of rain in Jharkhand was 26 per cent below average. Small farmers and Tribal groups have been especially affected. As a result only 22 per cent of local rice fields have met their annual production quota. Whole villages have been abandoned by their residents as people left for the cities where they joined the millions of slum dwellers.

In response to the food emergency State authorities allocated US$ two million to help the large number of residents affected by the drought, this in a State where 52 per cent of the population already lived below the poverty line.

However, for RSS Chief Mithilesh Narayan, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s Indian National Congress is to blame for what is happening in Jharkhand.

“The Congress party as a whole is in a hurry to please the Church in order to please its president, Sonia Gandhi,” Narayan said.

For the RSS leader, Jharkhand’s State administration is wrong “to outsource one of the most important responsibilities of the State government”. The State itself should not “be run on communal lines”, something which “will prove dangerous for the people.”

The RSS is an umbrella organisation that includes a number of groups of volunteers who operate especially in tribal areas.

For the RSS having the Church play a role in the public distribution system is tantamount to approving Catholic missionary activity.

The government’s decision has also been criticised by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Raghuwar Das, chairman of the BJP’s Jharkhand wing, attacked the decision as “an attempt to Christianise the State.” For him “Congress wants to win the [next] election with the support of the Church.”

Since January of this year the State has been under the ‘President’s rule’. State-wide elections are scheduled for February of next year. Buoyant as a result of its strong showing in last April’s Union elections, the BJP wants the poll to be moved up to this October, and is accusing Congress of trying to delay the end of central rule in order to better prepare itself for the upcoming elections.

For its part the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has announced that it will oppose the State’s overture to the Church.

Conversely, the authorities in the State capital of Ranchi have confirmed their intention to bring in Catholic associations, explaining that this is part of a broader strategy to involve every NGO able to work with the public distribution system.

Hindus Must Unite or Face Extinction-Stephen Knapp

Hindus Must Unite or Face Extinction-Stephen Knapp

Hindus Must Unite or Face Extinction-Stephen Knapp
The typical Indian mentality and the path of Hinduism, or the Vedic path of spiritual progress, is one of great individuality and freedom for each person to decide what they want or what is best for their own spiritual development. Thus, it is typical for Hindus to work on their own, not necessarily as a group. There is nothing wrong in that. It is the last of the great cultures that promote the utmost freedom for the individual. Yet, there is a great need that is not being met, and that is the need for Hindus / Dharmists / Devotees, especially in India, to unite and work together as a group, or even as a whole society, in order to continue to preserve and protect their own culture, traditions, and certainly the freedom of the individual.
This freedom is being threatened in many ways today, although there are those who either refuse to admit it, refuse to see it, or are hesitant to work together to save it. This blindness and hesitancy must be overcome.
Throughout India, for example, there are portions of the population that belong to particular religions, such as Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, etc., and they often work as a strong section of society to protect their rights, freedoms and traditions. Especially Christians and Muslims vote as a block to promote and vote into office particular politicians they favor, and who favor them. They also create an uproar when something happens against them, or when someone desecrates their religious texts. They hold demonstrations or even riot when a mosque is threatened. Thus, they get their way, or at least people begin to hesitate before doing something that might make them upset.

However, it seems that the Hindus are the most apathetic in this regard. Though they are increasingly beginning to wake up to the importance of being heard and making themselves be noticed, they are still, for the most part, letting their influence and the power of numbers that they have as the majority of the Indian population simply slip through their fingers.

It is time we learn that apathy is a disservice to Dharma and society. It accomplishes nothing, if that is not obvious. It lets the needs of the Dharmic society go unnoticed. The point is, if we do not take care of ourselves, no one else will. And there are people counting on that apathy to get their way and do things against the well-being of the majority Hindu population. And we are letting them get away with it. This hurts those who follow Vedic Dharma, and takes away the confidence that people need to maintain their practice of the Dharma.

Those who say that Sanatana-dharma is eternal and, thus, there is no need to worry about the future, do a great injustice to the Vedic cause and to humanity. Those who say that Vedic culture has lasted for thousands of years and will continue to last for thousands more show a poor excuse for apathy. Though it is eternal, which is the meaning of Sanatana, this does not mean that it will always remain a prevalent force on the face of the earth. It can also decline into obscurity if we let it.

Those who feel that there is nothing to worry about need to understand why the Bhagavad-gita was spoken. Arjuna did not want to fight, and who does? No one wants war, at least if they are in their right mind. But how many people of particular religions cry for war, or jihad, toward anyone who is not a part of their religion? Arjuna wanted to leave the battlefield and go to the forest to meditate, as if that would solve all of his problems. But Lord Krishna said he was acting foolishly. Lord Krishna told Arjuna that he should indeed fight, but fight for what? He was to fight to uphold the Dharmic principles that the Kauravas were neglecting. Lord Krishna specifically went to the Kauravas to try and arrange a diplomatic means to keep everyone happy and prevent war, but they would not listen. Finally, there was no alternative but to fight. And so the sides were drawn against those who fought for Dharma and those who fought for their own agenda.

We could also say that we should simply let the good Lord take care of everything. If something is meant to be, then the Lord will take care of it. But that is not the result nor the premise of the Bhagavad-gita. Lord Krishna showed that everything may rest on Him as pearls are strung on a thread, but we all must do our part. It is up to us to protect Dharma if we are indeed expecting to continue to have the freedom to practice and follow it.

Vedic culture has been attacked for the last 1200 years. India’s history can easily show that. And it was the heroes of India, and the millions of average everyday people of India, Hindus, who gave their lives and underwent severe torture that kept Vedic Dharma alive for future generations, and for the freedoms that we have today that allow us to continue these traditions. Are we now to let those freedoms die, after so many sacrificed their lives for us, for Vedic Dharma? This would be a great dishonor to their memory and for the cause they fought for. We cannot allow this to happen, but we also need to be aware of the warning signs of what is happening around us.

This is why, with a growing Muslim population in India, and all over the world for that matter, Hinduism in India could be dead in another 100 years. Just by their high birth rate alone Muslims are increasing their presence in India. Thus, one hundred years from now Vedic Dharma may only be practiced in small pockets here and there, such as in various holy places, as long as the majority Muslim population allows it. The fact is that history has shown that Muslims have a very low tolerance for anything that is non-Muslim. You can see this in the ever decreasing non-Muslim population in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Arabia, etc., etc. They have never allowed complete freedom for non-Muslims in any Islamic country, and have passed laws against them and persecuted them and destroyed their temples and monuments, kidnapped and raped their women, and killed thousands of Hindu or Christian men. So, why should we expect India to be an exception? They have already shown what they did in India.

A rising Muslim minority in India does not have to become a majority to begin changing laws in their favor, but simply by being a noisy and disturbing minority they will gain the upper hand. Increasing their political maneuvering will give them political clout and power. And when they do come closer to being a majority, they will certainly increase the persecution of an infidel Hindu population until they are finally extinct.

Over 400,000 Hindu Pandits were chased out of Kashmir, and what was done about it? Take notice of how Assam is becoming the new Kashmir with nearly 80,000 people being displaced, having left their villages due to fear from the incoming and growing Muslims. And now the Muslim political party in Assam is demanding a separate and autonomous region in southern Assam just for Muslims. Is this not the same pattern we have seen time and time again? And is anyone doing anything about it? Is anyone speaking out that another chunk of India is threatened with being lost? In due course, what will be left of India if this keeps happening?

Even now the Muslims of India, though they have a Hindu ancestry, no longer identify themselves as Indians but as members of the house of Islam. Thus, they are only taking care of unfinished business from their previous invasions and war against Hindus. Hindus often do not conduct themselves in a powerful way. And when they do, the Indian media is completely against them. The secular media in India does not mean secular, it means to bend over backward showing preference for the minorities at the expense of the Hindu majority. Thus, secular media in India means to be anti-Hindu. But should that stop Hindus? They cannot afford to be overly considerate of what others think when their own future is at stake.

The next 10 to 15 years will be a major turning point and show the deciding factor for the future of Vedic Dharma on the face of the planet, particularly in India. The thing is, even now we practically have more freedom to practice Vedic culture in America than we do in India, in its own homeland. Will America be one of the final strongholds for Vedic Dharma? Will we have to one day export it back to India from America?

Therefore, we have to ask ourselves, will our temples still be here in India in another 40 to 50 years? Or will they gradually disappear because of Christian conversion tactics, Muslim persecution against Hindus, or because corrupt politicians who care little about Vedic culture take over temples to possess and sell their assets for the money? Hindu temples are known for being income producers, for the most part. While the Indian government cares little about possessing churches and mosques because they need funds, they use more money than they bring in. It is the temples that are income producers because of the Hindu majority population that give to them.

Therefore, there is no doubt that Hindus must unite as a society while there is still time to make a difference.

CHANGES THAT NEED TO TAKE PLACE
The time to act is now. Some of the things Hindus / Dharmists / Devotees need to do include:

1. Hindus must unite and vote as a bank in all elections to oust those who disregard Hinduism and vote in those who do. They must never take an election for granted. They have done so in the past with terrible results.

2. Hindus must get involved in politics in various ways to help direct the actions of the government.

3. India must also change its politicians in order that it as a nation takes a stronger stance against those who try to bring India down, and to take a stronger stance to defend itself militarily. India cannot afford to be a wimp. There is a need for younger leaders who are more aware of how to fulfill the needs of India.

4. Hindus must work to unite all Hindus. They must wake up other Dharmists about the need to take action. This may be a daunting task, but let everyone become involved in the action plans that will make a difference for their future, for their culture, for preserving their tradition, for protecting the rights and freedoms of the individual, and certainly for the well-being of their children. Work for the freedom to continue to construct and manage their own temples without interference from the government.

5. The spiritual leaders and acharyas must reach out to the villagers and people of all classes in order for the people to feel cared for, and that they are a part of and belong to the Dharmic tradition and are welcome in the temples. They should feel that they are not neglected, but that they are wanted and needed in the greater cause for Vedic Dharma.

6. Indian Hindus must take care of their own people, those who are poor, destitute and disadvantaged, or others will. And those others are often quick to try to convince them of the shortcomings of Hinduism, and, thus, through the guise of welfare activities, try to convert the poor into leaving Vedic Dharma and become Christians or something else. It is true that those who convert for material facility are not strong converts because they could just as easily convert back to what they were once their financial status improves. However, if a child is converted and stays in that fold for 10 to 15 years, it is not likely they will ever want to reconvert back to Vedic Dharma after being a Christian for so long. Thus, from that generation forward, that family will likely continue to be non-Dharmists. Children of converted families who remain outside of the Dharmic fold for that length of time will have little impetus to change.

7. All Dharmists must be educated in their own culture, philosophy, and tradition to understand it clearly, and know how to explain it to their children and others. Thus, they can also be convinced of the deep and profound nature of what they already have, and be less likely to ever want to convert to something else.

8. When anything in the media appears to depict Vedic culture in a poor late, or when someone like a politician says something against one of the Vedic Divinities, there must be an immediate outrage or lawsuit established against such a person or incident. If people begin to see that an immediate and strong reaction takes place whenever Vedic Dharma is poorly or inaccurately portrayed, or when someone denigrates the Bhagavad-gita or one of the Vedic texts, they will begin to hesitate or even stop before doing such things in the future.

9. There must be regular programs at temples for the education of all, and book distribution to help spread Vedic spiritual knowledge to everyone far and wide.

10. Everyone should engage in a cultural revolution in which we promote the true understanding of Vedic Dharma. This is one of the best ways to spread the beauty and freedom found in the lofty spiritual knowledge that can attract everyone. Westerners are especially and increasingly being drawn to the beauty of this spiritual path. So, Indians should have no doubt of its potency and work to maintain India as the homeland of a dynamic and thriving Vedic tradition.

11. Dharmists / Hindus must work to do service for their temples and community to take care of everyone and maintain what they have, namely their temples, their right to peacefully observe the Vedic ways, and care for the people who turn toward the Dharmic path.

Such changes can only take place if Hindus unite and stand strong for Dharma and work together. We have to drop the apathy, discard our ego, along with ethnic and class distinctions and join together under one identity and for a primary cause. We must act like Arjuna did after having received the instructions of Lord Krishna to stand and fight for Dharma rather than going off into the forest to get away from everything and meditate, as if that would solve his dislike to do battle against those who had chosen the side of adharma.

If Hindu Dharmists do not do this, and remain as they are, being apathetic and inactive, it is but a prescription for a slow extinction. They may lose it all, certainly the freedom to choose what they want to be. Only we can change the future by being pro-active and united in this way. Then Sanatana-dharma will remain on the face of the earth as a path that we have the freedom to follow. Do we want to see Vedic Dharma as the tradition of the majority population in India in another 100 years, or will it become a thing of the past, like a museum piece? This is what has happened to the Maya, Inca, Egyptian civilizations, and many others. The choice of what happens in the future is ours by how we act and work together now.

Dharma Rakshati Rakshitah. (Dharma protects those who protect it)
Jai Sri Krishna.

R.T.I. Request sent to Prime Minister’s Office

Information Request sent to Prime Minister’s Office

Today applicant has sent the Right to Information request to Prime Minister's Office to seek the following information.
(1) Name of the countries to which Sahara Group Editor Aziz Burney accompanied Hon. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in year 2009,alongwith day and date.
(2) Name of the P.M.O. Official who has shortlisted the name of Sahara Group Editor Aziz Burney to accompany Hon. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to foreign trip during year 2009.
The applicant has sought this information for the reason that Sahara Group Editor Aziz Burney has published the article in the issue dated 5th January 2009 in which he has wrote that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh might be involved in the Mumbai terror attack directly or indirectly, Or he was aware of the conspiracy of Mumbai terror attack.
After getting the answer from P.M.O., litigation is possible against the P.M.O. official responsible for short listing Mr Aziz Burney for foreign trip with Hon Prime Minister. As the allegation which Mr Burney has leveled against Intelligence Bureau for Mumbai Terror Attack directly comes under P.M.O. And also P.M.O. is responsible for the control of acts committed by I.B.
Mr Burney has blatantly commented that I.B. was involved in Mumbai Attack.
Also Burney’s articles has always contradicted claims made by P.M.O. regarding Mumbai Attack case on International level.
And if P.M.O. is agreed to what Burney wrote, immediate action is necessary against various Government Ministries for making false claims of Pakistani involvement in Mumbai terror attack.

Tale of The Two Rapes-Rape on Muslim and rape on Hindu Woman..

Two Rapes-Two Ratings

When Indian Media was giving huge coverage to Shopian rape and murder case it has totally forgot the story of the two Hindu Women from nabouring Bangladesh who has faced the same fate of being raped and killed. But as you all knows;for Indian media there are two different sets of costs decided for two different religions. If something happens to Hindu it can be easily ignored but if it is the case of Christian or Muslim it should be raised in media as the main national issue for at least week or more.
Here is the stories of two Hindu Women from Bangladesh, for which no one has spared a single line in India Media....

Anguri Abduction Case In Bangladesh
Brief history of the case:- Ms.Anguri Biswas, a Hindu girl was married with Montu Lal Biswas on 9th July, 2004 and out of wedlock a baby son -Simul Biwas was born on 17th June, 2005. They were leading their conjugal life happily since their marriage. But on 2nd July, 2009 at about 3 p.m., when Montu was out of his home for work, three Muslim goons, Md Shekandar Sikdar, Md. Sanu Sikdar and Md. Banir Sikdar, abducted Anguri Biswas and forced her to marry Sikandar before converting Anguri to Islam.

Anguri’s hapless husband, Montu Lal Biswas, approached local police station at Razoir for rescuing his wife on 2nd July. But Razoir police refused to register the case and advised him to go to court for necessary orders. Accordingly, Montu went to Special Court at Madaripur with a prayer for recovery of his wife and the court directed Officer-in-Charge of Razoir police station to record the case on 12.07.2009. Despite receipt of order of the court, the local police kept the matter pending. It is also alleged that the I.O. of the case Mr.Mokarram Hossain demanded bribe of Taka 20,000/ from Montu Lal and he took Taka 5,000/- as first installment of the bribe for rescuing the victim. The officer in charge of the police station was of opinion that Anguri Biswas was not abducted. She had love with the Muslim abductor, Shekandar, embraced Islam and married Shekandar Sikdar. She is still under the custody of the abductors.

It is most unfortunate that despite the order of the court passed the local police kept the matter pending only to force her husband to give bribe to police. The Hindu minorities in Bangladesh should be protected and the perpetrators responsible for this act should be brought to justice.

Newly married minority woman raped and killed by Muslim thugs
Brief history of the case: Radha Rani Halder, a newly married Hindu woman of the Shariatpur District under Dhaka Division in central Bangladesh, was raped and killed by a group of Muslim miscreants on June 27, 2009.
Ms. Halder worked for the local NGO, the Shariatpur Development Society (SDS).
Mr. Dipankar Bairagee, husband of the slain woman, said that, at about 11 a.m. on June 27, Ms. Halder went for loan collection, as part of her work with the NGO, to the house of local village leader, Halim Matubbar, in South Goaldia village.

But when she did not return until afternoon, her co-workers started searching for her, said Mr. Quamrul Hasan(Badal), the Sector Chief of SDS. “Finally after frantic search we discovered the unclothed dead-body of Ms. Halder with her throat half-slit near Hajeer Pukur of Palong Upazila in Shariatpur”, said Sector Chief Hasan.

Are We a Nation of Hindus?

Dr.Albert Mohler, Jr.-Christian Theologian

Are We a Nation of Hindus?
By-R. Albert Mohler, Jr.

Recent poll data show that conceptually, at least, we are slowly
becoming more like Hindus and less like traditional Christians in the
ways we think about God, our selves, each other, and eternity.

Those who argue that all religions are essentially the same reveal the
fact that they know little about these very different belief systems.
The worldview of Christianity is, for example, radically different from
the belief structure of Buddhism (some forms of which may actually claim
to resist the very idea of beliefs).

These differences in belief systems are apparent in Lisa Miller's recent
article for Newsweek. As she explains, "A million-plus Hindus live in
the United States, a fraction of the billion who live on Earth. But
recent poll data show that conceptually, at least, we are slowly
becoming more like Hindus and less like traditional Christians in the
ways we think about God, our selves, each other, and eternity."

Many Christians will flinch when reading this. Does this mean that Hindu
temples are appearing across the American landscape? Not hardly. What
Miller describes is the transformation of the belief system in ways that
resemble Hinduism. Her argument deserves a fair hearing.

She begins by quoting a Hindu writing, the Rig Veda: "Truth is One, but
the sages speak of it by many names." The idea of one truth known by
many names is not new. Indeed, it is central to polytheism and the
syncretistic beliefs of several historic and current worldviews.
Hinduism is radically polytheistic and syncretistic. According to Hindu
belief, the many gods and goddesses of their veneration all represent
one fundamental divine reality. The idea of a singular and exclusive
truth is antithetical to classical Hinduism.

So what is Lisa Miller's point? She suggests that contemporary
Americans, including many who consider themselves Christians, are
abandoning the exclusive truth claims of Christianity for a form of
theological pluralism or relativism.

"A Hindu believes there are many paths to God. Jesus is one way, the
Qur'an is another, yoga practice is a third. None is better than any
other; all are equal," she asserts. Christianity, on the other hand, has
affirmed that Jesus Christ is the only Savior, and that the only way of
salvation is through faith in Him.

"Americans are no longer buying it," she insists, and by this she means
many American Christians. She cites a 2008 Pew Forum survey that
indicated major slippage in terms of Christian conviction. According to
the Pew Forum survey, 65 percent of Americans believe that "many
religions can lead to eternal life." More tellingly, 37 percent of those
identified as white evangelicals shared this belief.

Miller cites Stephen Prothero, a leading researcher on American
religion, who defined this "divine-deli-cafeteria religion" as "very
much in the spirit of Hinduism." As he added, "You're not picking and
choosing from different religions, because they're all the same." This
is not exactly like traditional Hinduism, of course, but it works in
much the same way. As he explains, "It isn't about orthodoxy. It's about
whatever works. If going to yoga works, great-and if going to Catholic
mass works, great. And if going to Catholic mass plus the yoga plus the
Buddhist retreat works, that's great, too."

There is every reason to believe that Lisa Miller and Stephen Prothero
are correct in these assessments. Without doubt, Americans have been
growing more and more accepting of plural and relative understandings of
truth. A tragically large number of those who identify as Christians
have been drinking from the same wells of thought.

The exclusivity of the Gospel is not merely a facet of the church's
message. Indeed, a Gospel that does not affirm that salvation comes
through faith in Jesus Christ alone is not the Gospel of Christ, but a
false gospel. As Lisa Miller correctly recites, Jesus did say, "I am the
way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through
me." [John 14:6]

Another aspect of the story is this: Many Americans have such a
doctrineless understanding of Christianity that they do not even know
what the Gospel is -- not even remotely. A greater tragedy is that so
many who consider themselves Christians seem to share in this confusion.

Many observers who trace these trends see this doctrinal shift among
Christians as a good development. After all, if you hold to nothing more
than a functional view of religion, this might seem to promise less
conflict among religious believers. But, if you believe that truth is
essential to Christian faith, there is every reason to see these trends
as nothing less than catastrophic. Nothing less than our witness to the
Gospel of Christ is at stake.

Are we becoming a nation of Hindus? Well, in this sense it appears
perhaps we are. The really urgent question is whether the Church will
regain its theological sanity and evangelistic courage to resist this
trend. If not, being described as a nation of Hindus will be the least
of our problems.

Former RSS chief on Jinnah and Gandhi ji

K S Sudarshan"

Former RSS chief S Surdarshan called the Muslim League leader a one time supporter of undivided India.Surdarshan said on Monday that Pakistan founder Jinnah was committed to undivided India.

"Jinnah had many facets. If you look at history, he was once associated with Lokmanya Tilak and was totally committed to undivided India," Sudarshan said when asked if he considered the Muslim League leader secular.

"And when Gandhiji started the Khilafat movement, with the idea that currently we are opposing the British and if Muslims join in then their support will help gain independence. But at that time Jinnah opposed it saying that if the Caliph in Turkey has been dethroned, what has India got to do with it. That time nobody listened to him, which saddened him. So he quit the Congress and left for England and only returned in 1927.

"After returning in 1927, Britishers brainwashed Jinnah and prompted him to put forth the demand for a separate state of Pakistan for Muslims," Sudarshan added.

Sudarshan said that everybody knows history, and added had Gandhiji been adamant, like when he was on giving crores of rupees to Pakistan, then the partition would not have taken place. "But he did not do it because Nehru was his weakness."

Commenting on Singh's expulsion from BJP, he said: "It is an internal matter of the party."

Meanwhile, RSS spokesperson Ram Madhav has sought to clarify Sudarshan's remarks, saying the former Sangh chief did not mean to say that Jinnah wasn't responsible for partition.

Earlier, Sudheendra Kulkarni, who quit the BJP over ideological differences with its present leadership, had equated one time mentor Advani with expelled party leader Jaswant Singh in so far as remarks on Jinnah are concerned.

Urdu Media's Anti-National behaviour came to fore

URDU Media's Anti-National behaviour came to fore

Among all newspapers in India only English and up to certain extent Hindi and Urdu newspapers have nationwide presence.Urdu newspapers have big significance particularly Muslim readers.Hindi papers are mainly spread over Hindi belt of North India and Western India.
But special feature of Urdu papers is their animosity towards law enforcement agencies of country and Armed Forces which are mainly engaged in bloody war with militants in Jammu Kashmir,North East India and Naxalite areas. But since last 10 years forces are getting engaged with Militants in almost all parts of country due to increased terrorist attacks. And before going deep in to such terror related incidences or before studying sincerely the circumstances in which Security Forces took the action Urdu newspapers unilaterally starts vicious propaganda campaign against Forces for killing Bekasoor Muslim Naujawans i.e. innocent Muslim youth.
These papers go on writing that forces are deliberately targeting Muslims and they are becoming part of larger conspiracy hatched by Americans and Israelis to punish Muslims for no fault but only for being Muslim.
Thus Urdu newspapers are trying hard to alienate Muslim readers from national mainstream by creating fictitious sense of discrimination and bias by Indian State.
Delhi based Prof Rakesh Sinha of India Policy Foundation in his scholarly work " Terrorism and the Indian Media: A comparative study of approach of English, Hindi and Urdu newspaers towards Terrorism" first shed the light on this dubious role played by Urdu newspapers in the issue of terrorism.Urdu media termed this book as attempt to defame Urdu Media. But the comparative study by Prof Sinha effectively showed how Urdu papers can blatantly ignore the menace of terrorism while falsely grilling Security Forces for Human Rights violation.
Now once again Urdu media's Anti-National and Pro-Pakistani stance has came in to light when Mumbai based lawyer Adv. Prashant Maggu on 7th August, filed court suit against Rojanama Rashtriya Sahara, the Urdu newspaper for it's unsubstantial,fabricated,anti-national and Pro-Pakistani reports regarding Mumbai terror attacks of November 2008 in which paper has published reports of involvement of Intelligence Bureau,RAW and Mumbai Police in Mumbai terror attack.
Now Mumbai Police is investigating in to this matter and will submit the report to the Court after which Court will take further action.
It is right time to thoroughly scrutinize the role of Urdu Media with reference to National interest
