Intimation of Legal Action against India Today TV Channel

Dear Mr Puneet Jain,
Group Chief Corporate Affairs Officer
Group Chief Law & Compliance Officer
TV Today Network Ltd.
India Today Mediaplex
Sir,
In a TV debate program on India Today TV channel after declaration of the name of Yogi Adityanath, as BJP's new Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Rajedeep Sardesai referred that Yogi Adityanath had professed the idea of raping dead Muslim women by pulling them out of the grave.  The allegation against Yogi stands baseless unless your channel tenders evidence supporting it. Mr Rajdeep's wife had made same allegation on Twitter against Yogi, which she withdrawn by deleting the tweet and putting fresh tweet saying it was not Yogi, (Please follow this link for her comment https://twitter.com/rajalakshmij/status/843192449216401409 and this link for her rebuttal https://twitter.com/sagarikaghose/status/843146510963372033 )but his supporter said so, in Yogi's presence.

Rajdeep Sardesai repeatedly found guilty of forgery par excellence, lie, manipulative journalism tactics, reporting with ulterior motives and character assassination of people belonging to particular ideologies.
Hence, Mr Rajdeep Sardesai and India Today group are liable for prosecution under 30 various IPC Clauses and Cyber Crime clauses under Information Technology Act-2000, related to forgery, cheating, spreading rumors, creating and flaring up communal tensions and religious riots, and spreading lies through digital and electronic media.
With this email, I am demanding immediate sacking of Mr Rajdeep Sardesai from India Today Group, otherwise I would be compelled to make whole editorial board of your group along with you, to make co-party in a litigation against Mr Rajdeep Sardesai. I hope You, as a Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of the Group and Chief Law & Compliance Officer of TV Today Network Ltd, will take my email seriously and will immediately sack Mr Rajdeep Sardesai from your channel.
If India Today Group doesn't comply with my demand within 7 days of issuance of this notice, I will approach appropriate legal authority to start necessary action against Mr Rajdeep Sardesai and India Today Group, which may spoil millions of rupees from Group's exchequer in fighting it out.
Attaching here, the video of Rajdeep Sardesai attributing Yogi Adityanath to rape dead Muslim women.
