Kumar Ketkar's funny request to court for halting legal action

Kumar Ketkar creating trouble to Express Group by shirking his responsibility.

Former Loksatta(Marathi daily) editor Kumar Ketkar has filed his written statement to Khed court requesting halting legal action against him, started by Dapoli court. In a funny and entertaining letter submitted to Khed court Ketkar has made few ridiculous claims which clearly shows that HE was never prepared to face any type of legal actions against him for his baseless, venomous articles against Indian judiciary and Hindu organisations. HERE is gist of his claims.
1) Complainant has not placed the evidences before court which proves that the said article was written by ME (That means Kumar Ketkar)
2) There is no organisation with name Sangh Parivar,so no question of it's defamation arises.(It means Ketkar was calling shots against NON-EXISTANT entity !!!)
3)  " No action should be taken against me as I had been conferred with prestigious PADMASHRI award".(Ketkar totally lost his consciousness regarding his PADMASHRI award while lodging serious allegations against Indian Judiciary !!! )
4) Complainant is making mental harassment by filing the case against me,SO it should be stopped.(But Ketkar forgot to clarify under which circumstances he targeted Indian Courts and Judicial apparatus)

Kumar Ketkar's written statement before court clearly shows that he is trying to drag Loksatta newspaper-his former employer to court by avoiding his responsibility  for articles written under his editorship.
