About 16 people killed in Molotov cocktail explosion at Cairo- Egypt restaurant

A bomb in the form of Molotov cocktail exploded at Cairo restaurant killing 16 people and seriously wounding few on Friday said security officials in Egypt
Officer said that attacker was former employee, sacked by the restaurant which is located in Agouza area in the center of Cairo- Egyptian capital city.

Blast victims were charred to death or lost their lives due to suffocation by blast smoke in the building. The restaurant is housing nightclub also, located at a basement of the structure had no escape or exit route, said firefighter.
Radical Islamist Jihadi militants have earlier claimed responsibility on number of occasions of bombing attacks and shooting in Egypt. Majority of the attacks are aimed at targeting members of the security forces. After the military toppled government of the Muslim Brotherhood lead by President Mohamed Morsi in 2013 after fiery public protests.
